Abstract Submission
The conference will provide oral presentations only. Abstract submission is the mandatory step to attend this conference as a presenter. The scientific committee will decide the eligibility of the papers based on the submitted abstracts. Accepted abstracts will be included in the conference proceedings if they are presented in the conference.
All abstracts must be electronically submitted by the submission deadline. The general guidelines for abstracts are as follows:

- Language: All abstracts must be submitted in English.
- Word Limit: The abstract should not exceed 300 words.
- Format: The abstract should be submitted in a single paragraph without subheadings, tables, or figures.
- Title: Clearly indicate the topic of your paper.
- Authors: Below the title, include the full name and affiliation of all authors. The corresponding author should be indicated, and his/her email address should be given.
- Keywords: Provide 3-5 relevant keywords related to your topic.
- Abstract Body: It should briefly describe the research objective, methodology, key findings, and significance of the study. Ensure that your abstract is free from grammatical and typographical errors.

Full Text Submission
Full papers are not mandatory but encouraged with the possibility of publication in conference proceedings. All submissions must be in English and adhere to the conference formatting requirements.

Presentations
Oral presentations should have the following characteristics;
• 20-minute duration for each presentation (speaking for 15 minutes, a four-minute Q&A and introduction by the Chair)
• Speakers to present in a session with up to five other presenters with similar themes.
