Registration and Fees

Registration for the ICEFC2025 will open by early May, 2025. Stay tuned for updates!

The registration fees are as follows;

Registration Type	Early Bird (until Sept. 1, 2025)	Standart (from Sept. 1 to Nov. 1, 2025)
Student presenters (online and in person)	250 TL (or 25 € for non-Turkish students)	500 TL (or 50 € for non-Turkish students)
Regular presenters (online and in person)	750TL (or 100 € for non-Turkish presenters)	1000 TL (or 200 € for non-Turkish presenters)
Non-presenters (in person)	500 TL (or 50 € for non-Turkish presenters)	750 TL (or 75 € for non-Turkish presenters)

Registration Inclusions;

• In Person Registration includes attendance to all conference sessions on 18-21 November, 2025. Full registration also includes delegate pack, name badge, Certificate of Attendance, digital copy of conference proceeding book, lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments, and entry to the Welcome Reception.

• Online Registration includes Certificate of Attendance and digital copy of conference proceeding book

* Please note: Early Bird registrations for the conference must be paid in full. If payment is not received by September 1, 2025, the registration fee may be charged at the standard rate.

* Presentation Policy: Each registered participant (i.e., Correspondence) may present either one oral presentation, or one oral and one poster presentation under a single registration fee. Please note that multiple oral presentations under the same registration are not permitted.
